You can cancel your order before delivery begins—that means by 6:00 PM on weekdays or 1:00 PM on weekends, on the scheduled delivery day. Just reach out to us via email or phone to confirm the cancellation.

No charges apply for cancellations made within this timeframe.
Once the delivery has started, we're unable to cancel the order.

2. Changing Your Order

Want to make a change? You may revise your order up until delivery starts. Please contact us promptly— either by email or phone— and we'll do our best to update your order.

3. Account Cancellation

You’re free to cancel your account with us at any time. Just send us an email, and we’ll disable your account promptly—though you’ll no longer be able to log in. Should you want the account reactivated later, just let us know.
